For more than a decade I worked as a staff photographer for newspapers from the Midwest to the Deep South.

I am now freelancing full time with my work appearing in multiple newspapers and magazines including Garden & Gun Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Consumer Reports, Christian Science Monitor, Orlando Sentinel, Florida Travel & Life Magazine, Naples Daily News, Human Rights Campaign, New York Post, South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Kiwanis International, Natchez (Mississippi) Democrat, Sun-Herald newspapers, LaPorte Herald-Argus, Mennello Museum of American Art and the Orlando Museum of Art.

In 2014 I started an instagram account, trulyflorida to tell the current stories of my state. The account and its affiliated site are dedicated to the preservation of Florida's past, present and future. Employing my journalism background and concern for my home state, this project allows me document the stories I find need to be told.
